GSA Contract Management

FedHub provides a variety of GSA contract management services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Many clients lack the necessary resources or expertise for the various tasks required to effectively engage with agencies in the market, while also fulfilling GSA post-award reporting obligations.

Clients who wish to handle certain tasks themselves while outsourcing others are easily accommodated.

Our offerings encompass:

GSA Contract Compliance: After your GSA contract is awarded, the subsequent step is to prepare for accepting GSA orders for your contracted products and/or services. FedHub conducts a series of compliance checks to ensure that clients qualify to sell to all government agencies that procure through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Program.

  • Is your registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) current?

  • Have you accepted all mandatory mass modifications?

  • Are you ready to meet with an Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) during your Contractor Assistance Visit (CAV)?

  • Are the products and/or services offered under contract within the allowed scope?

  • Are you charging Federal customers the approved GSA contract rate?

  • Do you have a system in place to monitor your GSA sales?

  • Are you compliant with the Price Reduction Clause?

  • Do you know who can purchase from the GSA Schedule Contract?

  • Are you in compliance with the annual updates to the Trade Agreement Act (TAA)?

  • If any of these questions are answered “No,” your contract might be at risk.

  • Avoiding the complications of non-compliance is simple with FedHub!

GSA Advantage & eLibrary: FedHub delivers complete GSA Advantage! text and catalog upload services, handling product descriptions, pricing, and multiple photo files with precision. Our simple EDI upload system is easier to use than SIP, saving you time and effort.

FedHub consolidates your SIP files (iprod, iprice, iphoto) into one master spreadsheet for seamless integration. We upload contract terms, conditions, spreadsheets, and photos quickly and accurately, ensuring compliance so you maximize your contract's potential.

FedHub keeps your GSA eLibrary Contractor Information page current, including address, phone, email, website, socio-economic status, T&Cs/pricelist (text file), Disaster Purchasing/ Cooperative Purchasing participation, and GSA Advantage! catalog details. Some updates require a contract modification first, followed by eLibrary and GSA Advantage! revisions. FedHub prepares, uploads, and submits modifications via GSA eMod, collaborating with your Contract Specialist (CS) or Contracting Officer (CO) for fast, efficient processing.

GSA Option To Renew: GSA Schedule contracts have a 5-year base term and may be renewed up to three additional 5-year periods, allowing for a total potential duration of 20 years. VA Schedule contracts have a 5-year base term with a single 5-year renewal option, for a total of up to 10 years.

Approximately 6–12 months before your contract expires, you may receive an Option to Extend for an additional 5-year period. Renewal is not automatic — you must respond to the modification to indicate your intent to renew.

Contractors seeking renewal under GSA must submit documentation demonstrating contract compliance, current pricing, valid registrations, and other required items specific to their situation.

FedHub makes the renewal process easy by working with clients to prepare and submit the correct documentation to extend the length of their contract.
